ENRICH:
Men’s Circle:
Power, Purpose & Presence
With Cacao
Saturday 31st May | 12–3 PM | Pip’s, Hastings
Led by Helen Millar
Feeling stuck, frustrated, or unsure of where you are heading?
This 3-hour men’s circle is a space to cut through the noise, reconnect to your truth, and step into grounded confidence and your peers by your side. Fuelled by powerful cacao.
Whether you’re navigating purpose, identity, or that quiet voice inside that says:
“There’s more”
This is your space to get real. To stop hiding. To stop pleasing. And to walk about the door taller, fuller and fulfilled.
ENRICH is a 3-hour men's gathering designed to help you come home to your truth. Through powerful conversation, honest reflection, and the grounding force of ceremonial cacao, we create a space for men to drop the masks and get real with themselves and with each other.
This circle is for you if:
You wrestle with identity, comparison, or purpose
You’re tired of people pleasing, and want to lead with presence, not approval
You find it hard to express yourself fully — or even look another man in the eye
You’re already exploring men’s work, but want something deeper (without the fluff)
You’ll leave with:
A stronger connection to your inner compass
More clarity on who you are, and what’s getting in the way
Tools for staying grounded, focused and present in daily life
And the experience of being truly witnessed, without judgement
Led by Helen Millar, speaker, coach and space holder, this session combines the heart-opening effects of ceremonial cacao with grounded masculine enquiry. It's not therapy. It's not a workshop. It’s a space to get real.
Passing It On
13 men a day take their own lives, on average, in the UK.
A % of your ticket sale will be going to support the charity Men’s Minds Matter
